The Workforce Working Group will be a national forum bringing together leaders from industry, education, government, and community to collaboratively shape the future of Australia’s space workforce.
Once launched, the group will provide a structured platform for members to share insights, identify skills gaps, and coordinate initiatives that strengthen the talent pipeline — from school engagement and vocational training through to university pathways and advanced industry careers.
